TERMS

1. The parties agree that this animal is purchased for use as a pet only for the sum of __________ plus G.S.T. in the amount of __________, for a total amount of __________ .
2. The parties agree that the buyer will not breed the animal and the buyer agrees that the non-breeding agreement which is attached to this agreement forms a part of this agreement
3. At the time of sale the seller believes that the animal is in good health and free of all diseases.
4. If prior to _______________________(first birthday) this animal manifests a hereditary or congenital defect or ailment which substantially interferes with the  purpose for which the animal was purchased, the seller agrees to replace  the animal with  a similar caliber animal as soon as one is available.  Prior to the seller replacing dog(s), written confirmation of the ailment must be provided to the seller by a certified veterinarian, at no cost to the seller. 
5. The buyer agrees to provide a safe and healthy environment for this animal
6. Parties agree that the breeder has first right of refusal if the animal is not kept for any reason by the original owner.

TERMS

1. This animal is sold as show and breeding potential for the sum of _________, plus G.S.T. in the amount of __________, for a total amount of __________ .
2. At the time of sale the seller believes that the animal is in good health and free of all diseases.
3. If this animal manifests a hereditary or congenital defect or ailment which substantially interferes with the animal being used for breeding, the seller will replace this dog for one of similar caliber as soon as an animal is available.  Prior to the replacing this animal, written confirmation of the ailment must be provided to the seller by a certified veterinarian, at no cost to the seller. 
4. Parties agree that the seller has first right of refusal if the animal is not kept for any reason by the original owner.
